Your listing will include the following:

• The asking price of your property
• Basic details, such as the location, number of bedrooms, whether it requires renovation etc
• A description of your property up to 500 characters long
• A photograph of the front of your property which will be the main image of your listing
• A further 4 photographs to make up an image gallery of your property
• A translation from French to English, if required
• Your listing will be indexed for search purposes

As per the Basic Listing but with much more detail in description and photographs. The advantages of this form of listing are numerous. As with most forms of advertising, the more information given, the greater chance of a successful sale.

This will include:

• Everything from Basic Listing plus...
• Your property will become a featured property on this site
• We will come to your home and inspect it
• We will take many photographs
• We will then write a detailed report approximately one thousand words long detailing all positive aspects of the property
• We will submit the report to you for your approval
• Once approved, the report along with a further 15 photographs we have taken will be uploaded to the listing. (20 images in total)

As per the basic package, but we visit your home and take video of it. Videoing a property is an excellent way for prospective buyers to appreciate your property. Not only will they see it, but they will be able to feel the ambience of it and its surroundings.

The features of this package include:

• Your property will become a featured property on this site
• Video of the exterior of the property
• The major rooms of the home will be videoed eg main living area, master bedroom, kitchen etc
• The video will last around 2 to 3 minutes and a link to it will appear on your listing.
• Prospective buyers can then view the video online or download it to their computer.

This encompasses all three packages, the basic listing, walkthrough listing and video listing to provide a complete advertising package.
